Always be yourself.

  • Physically: feeling good about your body.
  • Mentally : Your actions express your thoughts.
  • Emotionally: Express your feelings.
  • Financially: Earn a lot of money doing what you like.

Being able to move freely and let go of shyness is the goal.

First we must rotate all the joints every day.

Neck, Shoulders, Wrists, Hips, Knees, Ankles.

Stretch your back, bending forward.

And then stretch the sides.

I propose you to do this exercise.

You can do it standing or sitting.

Place your hands on the abdomen.

One over the other.

Place your tongue high on the palate, behind your teeth.

This will help you achieve a stable posture on your tongue and improve concentration.

Take in air through your nose and exhale through your nose.

Now when you finish exhaling, compress the abdomen, to remove the residual air that remains.

Now loosen the abdomen allowing air to enter the body.

While performing the exercise, check that the shoulders and neck are relaxed.

Do this exercise for 5 minutes three times a day.

And so your actions will be in harmony with your thoughts.

How to express your emotions?

Sit in a place where no one interrupts you.

Then place your hands on your legs with your palms facing upwards.

Close your eyes, and focus your gaze on the third eye.

Project in front of you like there is a white movie screen,

and allow all your thoughts to fill the screen.

don’t hold back any thoughts.

After a few minutes, little by little, the screen turns white again.

Now, we will build our place, with the following characteristics.

We will choose: Morning, afternoon or night.

Place: It can be the beach or another place that we like that has a river or lake.

Enter the screen and go around the place.

It is a very nice place and we feel safe.

The temperature is very pleasant for us.

In this place we can be who we really are.

We can say and do what we really feel without any fear.

We can bring someone and express our feelings, without any fear.

Now we are going to bathe, the water is at an ideal temperature for us.

This water cleanses and purifies, removing all those things that do not belong to us.

Once satisfied we get out of the water and we sit for a moment to contemplate the place.

We thank the place and prepare to leave the screen.

We close the screen.

This place will be there for when we need it.

We rub our hands and wash our faces.
